MEET US

kate300X480Kate Urekew is a proven leader with 20+ years experience in product development, partnership management, experiential and loyalty marketing, event management, as well as sponsorship and talent negotiations. Kate previously worked at Circles, a global leader in loyalty marketing solutions, for 9 years and was instrumental in leading new program development and partnership procurement, as well as spearheaded the successful scale and expansion of Travel and Entertainment products.

Previously, Kate worked for 7 years at Reebok International in Product, Marketing and Promotions. During Kate’s tenure at Reebok, she delivered product development, marketing and promotional strategies for a $200 million global footwear category, and launched a new apparel category that delivered $20 million in new revenue, in less than 18 months. Post Reebok, Kate was recruited by the former Reebok CEO to launch new business startups as well as to revamp distressed companies for a leading Boston based venture firm. Prior to this, Kate collaborated with leading Boston philanthropists as she led the Public Relations efforts for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston.

Kate’s global roles involved extensive international travel and business management in Asia, South America, Europe and Australia. Kate is actively involved in numerous professional associations and non-profits, and a frequent panel speaker for leading conferences in the areas of Travel, Sports Marketing and Customer Experience Excellence.

steve300x480Prior to founding Revel, Stevi was Executive Director of Client Development at Circles, Sodexo – the leading global provider of concierge and customized rewards. For nearly ten years, Stevi led the sales, design and execution of customer loyalty programs for key Fortune 50 financial services clients and brands such as BMW, Saks Fifth Avenue, The Ritz-Carlton and British Airways. She also led the comprehensive corporate rebranding following Sodexo’s 2007 acquisition of Circles.

Before joining Circles, Stevi was Senior Director of Marketing and Publicity at Madstone Films in New York, NY. At Madstone she spearheaded the field marketing efforts for a national theater chain and developed promotional and publicity campaigns for art and independent films. She started her career as a marketing and sales associate at Clicquot, Inc., a wine and spirits importer under the ultra-luxury good conglomerate Louis Vuitton Moet and Hennessy (LVMH).

Stevi has an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in New York, NY and a BA from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX.
